GED held an Employee Gathering event as a form of appreciation given by the company to employees in the context of refreshment and reconnecting. Aiming to create a positive experience between employees and the company, the event was held in the Puncak area in Cisarua, Bogor on September 28-29, 2024.

Packed with various events to strengthen employee relations and hone creativity, this event carries the theme ‘Recharge Energy to Be Stronger’ which means to maintain optimal performance, we need to recharge regularly. So that we can have the energy needed to do all the things we want to accomplish such as work.

Using the analogy of electronics, we cannot go on living forever without recharging. Our bodies and energy functions are just like electronic equipment that needs to recharge from time to time so as not to be completely depleted. This is a concern for companies.

“With this gathering, it is expected to strengthen the relationship between employees with solid teamwork, as well as raise the spirit of employees again because their energy has been recharged at the gathering event. It is also expected that this activity will be carried out again in the following years as an annual event,” said Director of PT GED Lintas Indonesia Femmy Osito in her statement, Saturday (28/9/2024).
