Jakarta, May 21, 2025 — PT Trimuda Nuansa Citra Tbk (TNCA) held its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2024 fiscal year at Balairung Kiani, Menara Hijau, South Jakarta. The meeting was attended by the Board of Directors, the Board of Commissioners, and the company’s shareholders.
The meeting was officially opened and chaired by Mr. Achmad Sutjipto, the company’s Independent President Commissioner. During the session, the management presented the annual report highlighting the company’s operational and financial performance throughout 2024. Despite various industry challenges and market dynamics, TNCA maintained operational stability—achieving over 10 tons in daily shipment volume and expanding its integrated logistics service reach to several strategic areas across Indonesia.
Key agenda items approved during the AGMS included:
- Presentation of the company’s 2024 business activities report by Mr. Rendra Prapantsa, President Director.
- Presentation of the company’s 2024 financial report by Mr. Ari Widiatmoko, Director.
- Presentation of the Board of Commissioners’ supervisory report by Mr. Andy Raharja, Commissioner.
- Approval of the annual report, including the company’s activity report, supervisory report from the Board of Commissioners, and the ratification of the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024.
- Authorization for the Board of Commissioners to determine salaries, honorariums, and other benefits for the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners for the 2025 fiscal year.
- Authorization for the Board of Commissioners to appoint a Public Accounting Firm to audit the company’s financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year.
