Shareholders who own 5% or more of Trimuda Nuansa Citra Tbk’s shares, namely: PT Mila Travel Bureau (21.73%), PT Carita Karya Graha (18.97%) and PT Asuransi Intra Asia (11.86%).<\/p>\n
Based on the Company’s Articles of Association, the scope of TNCA’s activities is to engage in postal and giro services, trading and transportation.<\/p>\n
On June 8 2018, TNCA obtained an effective statement from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) to conduct an Initial Public Offering of TNCA Shares (IPO) to the public of 200,000,000 shares with a nominal value of IDR 100 per share at an offering price of IDR 150 per share . These shares were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on June 28 2018.<\/p>\n
The planned use of the funds obtained from the IPO, after deducting costs related to the issuance of shares, will be used entirely for: 1.) approximately 71.88% or IDR 18,688,500,000 to pay the shortfall in the land purchase price; and 2.) around 28.12% will be used for working capital.<\/p>\n
