The meeting was attended by the Board of Directors, the Board of Commissioners, and the company\u2019s shareholders.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-10089\" src=\"https:\/\/ged.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/PT-Trimuda-Nuansa-Citra-Tbk-Mantapkan-Strategi-Pertumbuhan-di-RUPS-Tahunan-2025-p3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"860\" height=\"552\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The meeting was officially opened and chaired by Mr. Achmad Sutjipto, the company\u2019s Independent President Commissioner. During the session, the management presented the annual report highlighting the company\u2019s operational and financial performance throughout 2024.
